Biography
| April, 9th 2004 I've opened an account @ Deviantart My brother, formerly know as Spudz, now active on phantasize.be , told me the tips and tricks to get started. My first submissions were very experimental; tryouts with photoshop, and other programs but after a while I found a way to combine my 2 biggest passions; Photography and Gastronomy. I was a student at Belgium's finest Hotel and Cookery school for 5 years and last year I graduated. During work experiences in Paris, England and so on I've met different styles of cooking and the interpretation of "Haute Cuisine" is different from city to city, chef to chef... I currently work in a restaurant (market, 15 avenue matignon) in Paris... In my gallery you can see some of my Culinary skills, my own developped style, enjoy, don't hesitate to ask me things and don't hesitate to buy my stuff off course... Cheers, Tom |
