Aaaaah...
It's been awhile since I uploaded some real culinary ART. But I'm pretty pleased with the results of this work. I intentionally left a bit more white background cause it gives it that "wallpaperish" look...  This is Japanese tuna wrapped in Chinese green cabbage with marinated ginger and then deep-fried. Garnished with cristallized ginger, sesame and Korean chives. Enjoy! Comments

 That looks so good it's almost obscene
 Although the photo is great, i, personally, feel that it is a bit too yellow to make a good wallpaper! But that's just me! -- The question is not yet settled whether madness is, or is not, the loftiest intelligence.  Looking delicious!
