Aaaaah...
It's been awhile since I uploaded some real culinary ART.
But I'm pretty pleased with the results of this work.
I intentionally left a bit more white background cause it gives it that "wallpaperish" look...
This is Japanese tuna wrapped in Chinese green cabbage with marinated ginger and then deep-fried. Garnished with cristallized ginger, sesame and Korean chives.
